Terms of use
By using Musaed, users agree to create an account with a valid phone number, protect their OTP, and use the service only for lawful tasks in Kuwait.
Accounts and roles
Every user starts as a customer. Driver access requires full name, phone number, Civil ID number, and required documents before admin approval.
Orders and bids
Customers create orders with one or more pinned tasks. Commitment starts after a driver is selected, the driver accepts, and the service fee is paid.
Payments
Payments and wallet
The service fee is paid upfront by wallet or MyFatoorah and held by the platform until completion. Goods are paid at delivery depending on the selected method.
One shared walletThe wallet records payments, earnings, commission, settlements, and order cash movements.
Cancellations
Cancellations and disputes
Cancellation impact depends on order stage. Before payment, cancellation is free. After payment, fees or compensation may apply. After goods purchase, the focus is delivery completion or support review.
Admin overrides
Admins may review exceptional cases, cancel orders, adjust refunds, or define payouts as part of dispute resolution.
Privacy
Privacy policy
Musaed collects the data needed to run the service, including account details, task locations, payment records, in-order chat, and driver approval documents.
Retention
Records are retained as needed for operations, accounting, and legal requirements.
Sharing
Data is shown to the other party only when needed to complete the order safely.
